Who is Maxine Baker?

Maxine Baker is a 16 year old girl from Wellsbury and she came as annoying.

 

However, her personality  can be quite annoying, self-centered, hyper and funny.

Although, I do admire her style.

Therefore, I think she should improve on her people skill, more understanding and be less selfish.
